This Privacy Policy describes how Fantasy Maker Studios ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the game Carnal After Dark (the "Game"). This policy applies to the Game itself and is separate from our marketing website privacy policy.

Carnal After Dark is distributed through Steam. By installing or playing the Game, you also agree to Valve Corporation's Steam Subscriber Agreement and Privacy Policy, available at store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement.

1. Information we collect

We do not directly collect, store, or process personal information from players. We do not operate login systems, account databases, or player profiles independent of Steam.

Steam may collect gameplay data including playtime, achievement progress (if enabled), and crash reports through its own platform systems. That data is governed by Valve's Privacy Policy, not ours.

2. Steam platform data

Because the Game is distributed exclusively through Steam, Valve handles all account management, payment processing, and platform-level data collection. We receive only aggregated, anonymized sales and playtime data through Steamworks — we do not receive your personal Steam account information.

If we implement Steam Achievements in a future update, achievement unlock data will be stored by Steam and governed by their privacy policy.

3. Crash reporting

The Game does not currently use a crash reporting service. If we introduce crash reporting in a future update, we will update this policy before doing so and disclose what data is collected, how it is used, and how you can opt out.

4. Unreal Engine

The Game is built with Unreal Engine by Epic Games. Epic's engine may include certain default behaviors, including crash handling utilities. We have not enabled any Epic telemetry or data collection features in our build. Epic's privacy practices are described at epicgames.com/site/privacypolicy.

5. Adult content

Carnal After Dark contains explicit adult content intended for players aged 18 and older. We do not collect, store, or transmit any information about the content you interact with in-game. All gameplay occurs locally on your device.

6. Children's privacy

This Game is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not play this Game or provide any information to us.

7. Your rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data from players directly, there is generally no personal data held by us that would be subject to access, correction, or deletion requests.

For data collected by Steam in connection with your account and playtime, please refer to Valve's privacy tools available through your Steam account settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy before making any material changes to how the Game collects or handles data — including when crash reporting is introduced. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
